This can allow plaque to build up, threatening your oral health. Flossing, though, can work around the gaps between teeth to get rid of all those unwanted plaque..

Simple tips on Flossing your Teeth

• Ease the floss between your teeth gently.
• Pull both ends of the floss against the front and back surface of a tooth so that the floss will form a “C” and it will wrap around the tooth.
• Lightly pull the floss from the gumline to the top of the tooth to eliminate plaque.
• Be sure to floss the backs of your teeth, plaque often builds up on areas unreachable to the toothbrush.
