After the primary teeth has erupted the Permanent Teeth comes in. These teeth are gleaned as the secondary set of teeth that will be developed and formed. These set of teeth are called permanent specifically because they do not shed like the primary teeth does. For the record, there are 32 permanent teeth, these comprise of six maxillary and six mandibular molars, four maxillary and four mandibular premolars, two maxillary and two mandibular canines, four maxillary and four mandibular incisors respectively.
